Federal data: IPEDS fall 2023 · College Scorecard, release of 15 Oct 2026 · Checked 26 Oct 2026

Lowest net price for families earning up to $30,000

This list ranks the colleges on AdmitFacts by the average net price paid by students from families earning $0 to $30,000 a year, lowest first.

Net price is the full cost of attendance minus the grants and scholarships students received, as reported to the College Scorecard for 2024-25.

It covers first-time, full-time students who received federal aid, and at public colleges only those paying the in-state rate.

Loans are not subtracted, because they have to be paid back.

The sticker price shown next to it is the cost of attendance before any aid, which is why many expensive private colleges appear near the top.

Colleges that do not report a figure for this income band are left out rather than estimated.
