Our sources
AdmitFacts reads public-domain bulk files published by the U.S. Department of Education and its National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). We download the files themselves; we do not scrape College Navigator, which the NCES robots.txt asks automated visitors not to use, or any college website.
The table lists every file the stored numbers come from, the date the file inside the archive was published, the date we downloaded it and its SHA-256 checksum, so anyone can confirm we used the same file.
